This year's Adelaide Cabaret Festival (David's first as Artistic Director) was officially the most popular ever, with more than 48,000 people flocking to the Festival Centre between the 5th and the 20th of June to enjoy performances by luminaries such as Bernadette Peters, Kate Ceberano, Hugh Sheridan, Bob Downe, Julia Morris, Robyn Archer, Ross Wilson, and David himself - who performed two shows with father Jimmy Barnes and sister Mahalia Barnes to a rapturous reception.
Thanks to all who supported the Cabaret Festival - David will remain as Artistic Director for 2010 and 2011 - keep an eye on this website later in the year for news of next year's acts!
